Visits are available at our weekend walk-in locations or by appointment at our San Marcos Center or house call services ($150 Fee) for vaccination & de-worming of multiple puppies & kittens. Each animal will receive a vaccination certificate as well as a permanent vaccination history folder. The protocol for vaccination is:
8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks (puppies & kittens)
De-wormer at 8 weeks & 10 weeks
The cost of the 8 week visit is $58 per puppy/kitten (for 3+ babies its $45 per puppy/kitten). The cost of the 12 week & 16 week boosters will vary, depending upon the breed & lifestyle of the pet, minimum $28 per pet, maximum of $76 per pet (per visit).
Revolution topical flea, tick and heartworm prevention is available in single monthly doses at a cost of $30-40 per puppy/kitten. We recommend Revolution on a monthly basis beginning at 8 weeks for flea, tick prevention/control. At the age of 6 months, Bravecto (one dose lasts 3 MONTHS) for tick & flea prevention is highly recommended as the safest, most effective product available. Bravecto is safe for pregnant or nursing females and is also used to treat mange and skin conditions caused by flea allergy. It is a chewable treat for dogs, topical for cats.
We adhere to the vaccination protocol of the AVMA. Our DVM's will consult with you, at no additional charge, regarding the best program for your pet, based on age, overall health, breed & lifestyle. We do NOT over-vaccinate.
